What is a Foil card?

A Foil card is a regular card in PackRat that has been adorned with a special border representative of the theme of the collection. While the border color is the same as that of a non-Foil card, it is not a solid color, but instead a gradient. Foil cards can be bought, stolen, traded, and drawn like any other card.
